Your business preview and demo
The business details, priority and notes you enter are used in your browser to prepare a first-step preview. The customer demo uses prepared examples. When business search is available, the name or website and town you search are sent to Google Maps to find matching businesses. Choosing a listing does not send a review request or create an appointment.
Your preview and notes may be kept in this tab’s session storage so you can review, copy or download them. Closing the tab normally clears this storage. Clearing browser data also removes it. Shared devices and copied tabs may expose your local notes, so enter public business information only.
Requesting a Growth Review
When the review form is available, submitting it sends your business details, name, email and review goal to our hosted enquiry system and HighLevel CRM. We use them to respond to your requested review; this does not subscribe you to marketing. The next link lets you choose a meeting time. A saved request is not a confirmed appointment. The optional email link opens your own email app and sends nothing automatically.
Information you choose to email is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the requested work. Sending a request does not book an appointment or subscribe you to marketing. Please do not include private family, staff, medical or financial records, passwords or payment details.
Optional integrations
Availability is shown in each feature. If search or review submission is paused, you can enter details manually or use the optional email link. The Boss conversation remains a prepared example. Search sessions are valid for ten minutes. We keep limited session records and protected usage counters to limit misuse; expiry stops their use and does not itself delete the stored record. Review submission and booking receipts support duplicate prevention and follow-up by our team; they do not authorize marketing messages.
Hosting and fonts
Cloudflare delivers this website and processes technical request information to serve and secure its pages. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives the connection information needed to serve them.
Analytics choice
With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits, traffic sources, page engagement and selected link clicks. It remains off until you choose Allow analytics. We do not send form answers, contact details, demo entries or query strings to Analytics, use advertising pixels, or enable advertising personalization.
Your choice is saved in this browser for up to six months. Use Privacy choices to change it. Turning Analytics off clears this site’s Analytics cookies and reloads the page; it does not erase earlier aggregate reports. Declining Analytics does not prevent you from using the preview or emailing us. Google’s privacy policy explains its processing.
Enquiry retention and questions
Our policy is to review unconverted website enquiries 90 days after receipt and delete information that no longer has a continuing business purpose. Records needed for an ongoing enquiry, service relationship or legal obligation may be kept longer. This is a review policy, not an automatic deletion service.
